Hey is for horses and I'm a pig .... lol
Me and my Amiga ---> Jen , are planning to lose 11 pounds in 30 days .
Starting March 25 on Good Friday ... and ending on April 24th.
The plan is to exercise as much as we can and to make veges the majority of the food we eat among-st the rest of what we normally eat. We both decided to reset our days logged so on Good Friday we will start logging again days and foods eaten.
You can keep your days logged , unless you screwed up already , if you did mess up your days logged , then stop logging till Friday so you can reset your days back to day 1 again .... You don't have to ...
This is a Challenge for us and you ....
Rules:
1: you must log in everyday !
2: you must be serious !
3: you must have a sense of humor ! cause i will be that little voice that's calls it like it is.
4: you must admit your FAT or need to lose the weight for health reasons .
5: you must follow the food plan that works best for YOU... Atkins , low cal , Mediterranean ,
Or what ever works best ....
6: exercise as much as you can , you only have 30 days to do this.
7: send me a friend request with an open profile for My Fitness pals members to view your food log , reason why , you might help someone else to eat better if they like what your eating as ideas.
8: i will need the last 2 digits of your weight on Friday , so i can keep track of us.
9: Do your best 2 support the other members that join .....

Well it's a mix of all the diets i have been on , some days low cals , some days shakes and smoothies , some days high protein , and some days what i like as long as I'm under my cals . and most days will be a mix , i never get bored and i am dropping weight faster then America will drop TRUMP ! .... lol , BUTT , my macros will stay the same , they work for me and most days i hit very close .... I am trying to add fiber into my plan of attack the FAT so i can get PHAT !
Most of us have forgotten how much fiber is important to the body and blood pressure and cholesterol .
Plus if you fill up on them , your more likely to eat less bread carbs and so on .....
Your fine doing with what your doing ....
This is about getting to the next level of weight that so many of us say we can't break ...
A doctor told me that every pound we gain is 4 more pounds OFF our knees and joints ,
So if we lose 11 pounds , we are taking off 44 pounds OFF ourselves and hopefully ache less.
i have lost in the last 12 days about 16 pounds , OF course , most of it is water weight as you know when we first start to diet.
So i started this challenge cause i will hit a stall soon and need to keep on track to make it to 11 pounds more
each and every month till June/July , ---> Bikini time you know , and i just want to wear mine .... lol :blushing: lol , no speedo cause i need a 2 piece ,
