Consistency is key. Keep doing the big lifts, and back it up with the accessory work that targets your own personal weaknesses. Find a good programme like 531, 5x5 stronglifts, starting strength, or whatever, and stick to it. Eat well, sleep well, keep picking up heavy stuff.
