Nothing but a coffee (mocha) first thing in the morning. That's enough for energy and not too many calories so I'll burn fat rather than what I just ate. If I end up going in the afternoon I try and time it so I come back just before a meal e.g. Dinner

I am, and mostly because I love the discipline and figures they obtain. I don't want to stay at a competition 10-12 body fat ratio but I do want to be around 17/16%.
