I just started, and I do this at home: Squat: 65lb Deadlift: 45lb Bench: 45lb edited to add: I could lift a little heavier, but I'm still trying to get my form perfected before I go higher.

Just talked a co-worker off the "ledge" she was ready to cave in on our pact and go to the cafe at work to buy lunch (typically pizza or nasty fried food) which we swore off of doing together because we make bad decisions. Normally I would have just agreed and walked down with her, but instead encouraged her to eat what…

Eating a PB Granola cup, drinking coffee and checking in with you fine people. Of course I really should be working though.

You may end up hitting a size quicker than expected. Not sure why but I'm almost ready to go down to size 8 in jeans which I haven't been in for about 20 years and 35 lbs ago. It's really throwing me off because I expected once I lost this weight I would be about a size 8 and a M top, but it seems like its going to be less…

My next mini goal is 6lbs to get me to the lowest I have been on this journey before I gained about 18 back. I'm really excited to get there because after that, its uncharted territory! I'll have 28lbs left after that.

wow!! Great work!! I love how these posts can make me so excited for someone I don't even know. I want to give you a hug right now LOL Thanks so much for sharing, I know your post is very encouraging to me and so many others! <3

I really like the Quaker Popped Rice Crisps in the caramel corn flavor. Gives me both sweet and crunch when I want something to snack on. I find them quite filling too. 110 cals for a decent sized portion.

My co-worker (who is on WW) and I got in a really bad habit of eating at our work cafe on a regular basis. It was a lot of fried food, huge buffet portions, etc. We made a pact on December that we were only going to eat there once a month, so far we have stuck with it, and even have become really picky about what meal we…

I like Bodyfit by Amy, I use her kettlebell videos but she has some bodyweight stuff too.

I always knew in my mind but it really hit me when my aunt, who has always been bigger than me, started weight watchers and lost a ton of weight and wanted me to go through her clothing that was now too big to see if I wanted anything before she donated it. It all fit me....

After work, my gym is only open 6-8pm M/W/F and my T/Th classes are at 6. I don't think I'd change it even if I could, I prefer to sit quiet with my coffee in the morning lol

My husband and I have had this discussion recently. I need moderation, he needs deprivation to be successful. So that means I need to hide the chocolate from him and buy the ice cream that he hates but I love lol

Planks for sure!

I had a fish fry recently I regretted. It just wasn't worth it. I didn't regret the dinner roll and butter one bit though B)

I'm lucky enough I don't get too much of this at work, there are a lot of us in the same boat here. Several people walk on their breaks and are generally watching what they eat. The worst for me is at home. It's not what's said, it's what is done. My mother lives with us since she lost her job and can't afford to live on…

My first round I didn't work out at all, took about 20lbs (5 months) before I noticed because I went down a size in my clothing. This time around I've only lost about 9lbs (3 months) and I noticed about 4lbs ago because I'm now working out/weight lifting so I haven't gone down a size but my clothing fits differently and…

I did the first day of C25k with my hubby and didn't have to stop during the running part once!

I'm only .9 away from hitting the 160's, Ive been stuck in the 170's since I started in January. 3 dang months to lose 9lbs but I'm lifting weights this time around, so the scale is slow but the change in my body is really encouraging!

A co-worker and I were on our morning walk and were discussing walking during half of our lunch as well. My response was "I think that's a good idea, I want to walk more so I can eat more" it's finally clicking that I need to keep up my activity to eat at the level I desire (being a shorty this is so important)

I'm very similar! I'm currently 171 with GW of 135-140, started (again) at 178 in January.

Yeah I have always had that, even when I was a thin teenager. It was way worse for me when I was preggo because I didn't have a cute bump, only a lumpy bulge until I was around 8 months. It's definitely a ton better now that I've lost about 25lbs. With 40 left to go I'm sure I'll hardly even notice it.

Started tracking measurements in mid/late January to keep me motivated. Well for many weeks-no change even though the scale was slowly dropping, then BAM the last 2 weeks i'm down 7.5 inches overall!
