Hey Erik hun, I like to freeze grapes and eat those as I have a sweet tooth normally. Being frozen you won't get through them too quickly.

You're not happy with your results so you quit. You'll gain more weight and still be unhappy hun. you have to stick with it otherwise nothing changes and the cycle just continues. Yeah I think it was time to change your scales after 10 years!!!! 20 miles takes me 75mins to do. I'm working up to 2 hours daily hopefully but right now starting slow.
