119lbs at 5'5 what size are you?
I'm from the UK and have been on my weight loss journey for ages now. I started at 224lbs (16st) and I'm now 177lbs (12st9lbs). I know I want to wear size 8 but not really sure how low in weight I would have to go so just wondering what others at 8.5st wear. Thanks in advance xx

Planning ahead
Just wondered... Does anyone else find it helpful to fill out their meal entries for the next day the night before? I find it easier to list it so the next day I try to sick to it and therefore less likely to eat something bad for me.
