Here i am back again a year after first posting this. I actually did lose again and have been doing well but the fall season is usually where i start to falter so i want to get ahead of this before i gain again. I simultaneously love and hate this season. It makes me want to sleep constantly. And the comfort foods! Sigh.…

I get that way. Sometimes it's just not in me. I rest when my body tells me to.

I've been on it for a month and have lost 6 pounds. It made me really nauseous at first and killed my appetite. I'm starting to feel normal now but don't have any cravings or tiredness like I had with Lexapro (had weight gain with that and crazy carb cravings). They all work so differently for every person.

andrikosDE has it right. Haha. CHEESE IS LIFE! I'm lactose intolerant and I still eat it! I do have some GO Veggie cheese in my arsenal, which is acceptable melted on an egg sandwich, but that's about it. It's no substitute for real cheese. They say moderation works. I'm not familiar with that concept, though. :)

It doesn't always come off right away. You have to be patient. Give it two weeks before you weigh yourself again. Don't get obsessed with the scale, that's the #1 rule! :) Binging is never the answer. Good luck!

I'm in Turnersville, so I'm right at the top of the AC Expressway. I could eat all day, almost nonstop. Luckily I work out at least 6 days a week, or I'd be in even more trouble. It's hard to manage some days, but I did it once before, so I know I can do it again. Honestly the hardest part is getting started with the…
