I have a few frens who share their experience that green tea does really help them to lose weight. For me, I notice that whenever I drink green tea I will feel hungry 2 hrs after lunch! I think it does help to boost my metabolism. I'm Asian. We love our tea! :)

I weigh myself 2-3 times a day. Once when I wake up in the morning, once middle of the day, once before I hit the bed. It helps me keep track of my weight and I can act immediately to keep the weight off! This works for me best.
