I would still do it for $50k Tax free on top of what I make already... house and work are both one story buildings and I can park close in both places so loading and unloading would be a bit tricky but not hard... so yes I would do it.

For 75k Sure.. all I would have to do is get a flat screen that could sit on top of my desktop computer.. leave all the cables hooked up.. use a wireless mouse.. so three cords to possibly plug in and unplug each day... one for the desktop, one for the monitor, and one for the lan cable. and I could put it all on a hand…

For me I weight in and record it once a week on Friday mornings right after getting up and taking care of business before clothes go on or anything else is done... I go for the Funnel Cakes covered in powdered sugar.. such joy... and a fresh squeezed sweet lemonade... it is the best thing around... then occasionally get Corn-dogs... cotton candy... and the occasional fudge and turkey leg. All the above split with my wife...

44 minutes of walking yesterday with a bit over 2 miles down... pushing to extend my time from a simple 15 minutes 2 times a day to 20 minutes 2 times a day... and as you see I got it yesterday... off to a good start this morning will post results later for today.

Well here is my numbers Sept 1. - 0 miles.. didn't get out at all... Sept 2.. approx 1 mile.. walked around during an airshow but did not track time, miles or distance. and today so far just over a mile.

Very nice thank you daniwilford for your input.. I am just getting started at mine and it appears to be well kept.. so far have not found anything needing attention other than a few of the switches on some of the stationary bikes are well used.

Doing about 150 minutes a week on Cardio... walking twice a day for approx 15 minutes at a time... working up to jogging that time.. doing 2 miles a day 5 times a week I have lost 4lbs total since I started just over 5 weeks ago.. mainly watching my calories and doing this little bit of walking mixed with light jogging.
