  • Wow! Great job! That is over 1.5% loss in a week. :o :)
  • Great job! Knew you had it in you!
  • Thanks! I hope so!
  • Thanks! You can still do it! We are unlikely ever to have a perfect week doing EXACTLY everything we planned without any interference. Slip ups happen (like the fair food i ate last night :/ ), and there are definitely days the "blah" will get to us - even after we meet our goal weight. You have been killin it and a few…
  • Weighed in this morning to a 6 pound loss :) Starting weight: 360. Current weight: 344 (-16). First morning that i woke up, looked in the mirror, felt my body, and really could tell a good difference. Last chance workout last night did a world of good! Feeling motivated which kept me away from the doughnuts that were put…

  • I know this scenario all too well! If you are able like i am, maybe try keeping stuff at the office. I keep oatmeal at the office that i can make when i get there if i am in a bind as well as fruits (bring bananas per week). For lunch, i actually have been taking everything to make a healthy salad with me and i buy it in…
  • I weighed in on Friday and lost 5 lbs. it wasn't a perfect week by any stretch of imagination, but it is a good start. I am sure water weight has something to do with it but i am going to press forward. Weekends always seem to be hard for me due to hectic schedules (big reason why i weigh in on Fridays :) ) but i will…
  • I am currently watching very closely what i eat as much as possible. My short term fitness goal is to make sure i am getting cardio in at least three times a week by running with map my run. Doing all strength training in the evenings at home with push-ups, weights, and a plethora of other excercises. I am working towards…

  • I definitely plan to post my weigh ins to help in my accountability. I weigh in every Friday morning on an accurate pallet scale at work. Looking forward to my first weigh in tomorrow. I think having a post for it is great, but i wouldn't expect it from anyone who would have hesitation. :)
  • I like this idea... May give this a go. Thanks!
  • Hang in there! Lifestyle habits take time to develop. If you need a pick me up, we are here for you.

  • I am with ya! ST: 10-20 lbs. MT: 35 lbs. (vacation at the end of September... Lofty but doable) LT: 80 lbs. LIFE: live actively and prevent huge gains/losses. I will always fluctuate but see it and correct BEFORE i am 10-20 pounds down the slippery slope. Want to be here for my wife and want to be comfortable with myself…

  • Hey! I am Stephen from Ohio. Just started on MFP but have used many other apps in the past. I have always been up and down with my weight which seems to fluctuate with how many sports i am playing and how often. I lost about 30 lbs. last year about this time and then went on a cruise which halted my progress. I am back to…
  • Include me too!
  • Good for you and good luck!
