Hello Everyone I donated my blood yesterday it went really well. I drunk lots of water ate good healthy lunch. After no exercise and took easy. I even treated myself to some chocolate. I felt tired and sleepy in late afternoon. Today is new day and time for exercise

Hello all I would like to join. I am doing a 6 week weight loss challenge at work, tomorrow week 4. I used to walk only but now I started to do stairs daily even on weekends. Today I bought a skipping rope and I skipped for 15 min and walk 20 min. So far I lost 4.5 pounds

Hello I have the smaller 2 series 38mm. Get the protection, my husband dropped his 42mm one and Apple told him 300 to fix since he did not get Apple care.
