I just started using the app recently and I'd like to make a few friends here to keep me motivated.

I don't see a camera button or anything like that and I'm using my phone.

Not sure how much it'll help you but I have joint pain and lots of scar tissue that makes it difficult to move my right arm and leg. I use Arnica and it relieves the pain and I was told it also works naturally with the body's natural ability to heal. Not sure how helpful it'll be but it might be worth a try.
