  • Not sure if it will help you, but I find watching those documentaries on Netflix about diet and sugar intake tend to keep me on track with my food. Fed Up, Sugar Coated are the ones I recently have watched.
  • I think you need a new Dr. I've been dealing with hypoglycemia for 15 years. Sugar is never a good choice. It bounces your levels too fast.
