Alternate between intensity and volume days. Intensity-M/W/F 20 min of non stop sprints (side stroke, breast stroke). Volume-long slow distance T/Th/Sat for 30-40 min alternating between breast and back stroke.

Try EAS shakes, come in different flavors. High protein and low carbs. Stick with a lot of lean meats and veggies.

Bodyweight exercises. Use them in a circuit. 8 count bodybuilders are excellent for little time and equipment but really do a great job.

Challenge yourself to something that you HAVE to train for. Get a goal. Go look at "Green Beret Challenge" on FB. There's one in Cincinnati, Ohio at the end of August-30th actually. It rocks and will leave you with a feeling of self accomplishment.
