Dust has human skin though, which has calories. No hope for low-key cannibals.

If you know you've been counting your calories right, no need to worry. Then it's just waste and water retention.
-
Ugh, HAES is the worst. Be as fat as you like. But don't pretend it's healthy or body positive.
-
Just eat what you ate before, but smaller portions.
-
The binges aren't going to get better by lowering your calories, they'll just get worse.
-
You have to decide yourself if you want to compromise your own goals for someone else's desires.
-
You should fight deer instead, that will burn calories.

1 lbs of muscle weighs exactly the same as 1 lbs of fat. People are bad at correctly estimating weight. Most of the world is fat, people don't know what a healthy weight looks like. Muscle also doesn't stay around if you are not athletic anymore. If you want to know how much bodyfat you have, go get a DEXA scan. It's not…

No, it is not just gonna go away. You have to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight, lazy thyroid or not.
-
It's not too much unless you are professionally short. And certainly not if you have 117 lbs to lose.
-
And if body acceptance wasn't fashionable right now, they'd be calling everyone Fatty McFat Fatterson III. in order to make them buy their Lean Cuisine. Bleh.

Maybe they like themselves better without a smile.

This is awful.

The majority of the world is overweight. People don't know anymore what a healthy weight looks like. Or they want everyone to stay as fat and miserable as them.
-
That's not really something anyone could tell you over the internet. 1200 for dieting is fine for short people, so it's probably not that. Best go see a doctor if you can't feel your limbs.

Just cook some vegetables for yourself. He's supposedly a big boy, he can just not put them on his plate.

I only ever see it used in solidarity with someone else's feelings, or to express ones own feelings about something.

You could make it harder for yourself going full bodybuilder, optimizing your macros and micros, keeping track of bodyfat and exercise. :D

A stone is 49000 calories, so you'd need to create a deficit of 7000 calories each day. You'd have to be absolutely massive in the first place and then somehow manage to burn loads by exercising. Say, if you were 600 lbs and managed to run 8 mph for 120 minutes, you could burn 7000 calories. I don't think that is…

Become disciplined instead then. See it as just another thing adults have to do to stay healthy, like going to the dentist or showing up to school/work. I really doubt anyone ever wants to be eating at a calorie deficit unless they have disordered eating. But they do it anyway, for their health and looks.

I'm a short man and I would be colossal in a few months if I ate that much. A woman my height would be rolling right alongside me unless she did some serious exercise. Maybe she meant it in the context of gaining weight when someone is dangerously underweight. A normal woman maintaining weight, however? No way.

Go to My Home > Goals > View Guided Setup, put in your stats and goals, and then go with what MFP tells you.

Why is it that my edits show up as new posts. :| Sorry about that.

Unless he's allergic to whey, all the brands are fine. It's a matter of taste. I'd read the reviews if you want to buy him one because some brands are better at certain tastes than other. Chocolate's always a favourite, and hey, still healthier than cocoa powder.

Did some shills say that? Of course they would say it would not work, they want to sell you expensive things. Wraps and shakes and pills and 30-day fixes. A calorie deficit will make anyone lose weight. It's not possible to maintain weight if you are at a calorie deficit.

She weighs 70 kgs now.

http://examine.com/supplements/ If you want to know more about supplements and which ones would be safe for your son if he is interested in any, this is a good site which collects research about them.

You can do it every day if you like. Some people weigh multiple times a day. That's not necessary, you just need to update it occasionally so you can properly calculate your TDEE.
