Don't add them back if you want to be done with your weight loss faster. What's the point of burning the calories if you're just going to eat them back?

Alright, man, you go back to eating all those natural foods you for sure know made our ancestors super healthy. (pssst, there are none anymore. We bred them all to be better than that lousy stuff we used to eat.)

Nah, I like the accomplishments of modern people. Exactly none of the things we eat today are the 'natural' things we used to eat in the mythical days of yonder, where we were super healthy, muscular and all six feet tall because we ate so well.

I like it, it helps me know why I am fat and gives me the means to correct that. I am sure Mindful eating and waiting for actual hunger cues might work for some, but I want to eat the entire cereal box and drink 3 liters of chocolate milk. I have to control myself and the numbers help somewhat.

Obese people only hurt themselves, let them. They are a terrible drain on national health care funds, but then again maybe they bring that back somewhere else in the form of sales taxes from food and diet industry product scams? If people decided to get fat instead of throwing people off of buildings, that would be nice.

Why do you even go to the doctor if you will not take the medicine he prescribed to you? He does not do that for fun. Take your medicine and get healthy.

Of course it does, but that has to do with losing weight. Usually, the less you weigh, the less you can consume. So the calories you need to maintain your weight become lower and lower, unless you exercise to raise your TDEE or put on some serious muscle mass compared to before.

You absolutely need a food scale if you want to know what you are really eating. We are horrible at estimating portions.

Let's go with their lowest goal, 12 lbs in 21 days. That's a 2000 calorie deficit a day. A tall, obese sedentary woman could probably accomplish that by not eating anything at all for 21 days. There are many nutrients the body can't produce on its own, even if it takes its energy from fat deposits. So you need to eat those nutrients in adequate amounts even in a calorie deficit. You'll get sick otherwise.

No, if you want to get muscular ("toned") you need to start bulking and lifting heavy things. That means eating a calorie surplus. After you achieve a pleasing level of muscle mass, you start cutting to get rid of the excess body fat you certainly got along with the muscle mass.

How about dividing your dinner in half? Eat one early, save some for later, if you don't like going to bed hungry.

Look at the things we have done with some dog breeds. Some of them are so utterly inbred they would just go extinct because they can't procreate on their own. I don't find it hard to believe that we bred cows in such ways they would die without our assistance even if left free and with their offspring.

I just read the reviews on their site. Lots of them are clearly written by the same person. Does not mean it has to be a bad product, and every vendor does it, but it is quite obvious.
