Yeah. It sucks for you, but while being fat is not genetic despite what many people like to claim, where fat deposits is genetic. That's why some end up with thin faces despite being morbidly obese, or some people have huge lower bodies while their torso looks almost normal.

You cannot spot reduce. The only way to lose them is to lower overall body fat percentage. If you're not losing fat you are eating too many calories.

It's quite good, you are weighing everything in grams, the best way. I see some entries that should be weighed as well - if it's possible and that is not you eating out - like slices of bread and pizza, hamburger rolls and chicken wings.

If you don't want to work out more, eat less. I also see things like 1 serving, 1 piece, medium apple or 1 cup in your diary. This is an inaccurate way of measurement, actually weigh the food.

Only use cups or spoons for liquids. It's not a good measurement system.

I love it too. Used to down about half a package before I decided to stop being fat. :D Now I gotta less. Could still eat mountains of it if I was allowed! I don't do cheat days though. That's something for tall people who do sports.

Cups of that and pieces of this are not a good way to measure anything but maybe fluids. Get a food scale, then you know exactly how much you are eating. If you add oil to your bacon, then add that separately. Then you also do not need to add any calories anymore and can make sure you get all the nutrition you need.

How tall are you and what do you weigh? How much exercise do you get in? 2500 is very much for a cut. Very likely way too much for you. That beach body coach system is a MLM program. Any TDEE calculator can tell you better than them how much you need to eat.

So you take their meal plan and instead of 'syns' you count the actual calories? I'm sure that would work, a calorie deficit always works, but maybe you should just get yourself some free recipes from the vast internet. Track your meals a week in advance so you don't actually skip the healthy ones.

It's hard to change social values, And frankly, those people are probably all adults. If they haven't learned manners by now, it's probably not gonna happen anymore. Not much to do other than move away to somewhere people keep their opinion to themselves.
