Big brand fast food is great, they have calorie counts for their products. I wish all restaurants had this. Maybe I'd eat out more.
-
What a weird thing to get mad about.
-
I walk barefoot. No money from me.
-
It is a bad idea to not count calories even if it is 'real' food, and not imaginary ones. Lots of relatively unprocessed foods can have unholy amount of calories.
-
What? Do you want a diet class or a fitness one? If it's the diet one, just count your calories on myfitnesspal or some other calorie counter, it is more accurate than any of these things you pay for that subtitute calories with their own 'currency'.

But the smoothies are too delicious to stop. Suffer, brain, suffer!
-
Ah, yes, the brain freeze. I need to take breaks drinking.

You cannot force people to be healthy, if he wants to eat himself to death, that is his choice and right. No point in wasting money, time and personnel on someone who seems to see no problem.
-
I've binged on muffins the past days, that was awful. But of course I log everything.
-
More vegetables. You have eat unholy amounts of them before it is too many calories, so that might make it more filling.

It does not work that way. Everyone loses weight in a calorie deficit, which you certainly would have been in had you actually only eaten 1000 calories a day. You weren't tracking right and if you want to lose weight, you need to make time for that to weigh your food, it does not work any other way. People always…

Then don't drink if you cannot accept going over. Eat the food instead, alcohol is good for nothing. Or do some exercise.
-
Remember that most people's social lives revolve around eating and eating and more eating. Food places everywhere, constant snacking, the majority of the world is overweight. 1200 even on a diet would seem ridiculously low to someone who doesn't know a whole lot about calories See to it that you get appropriate nutrition…

Don't have friends in the first place and save yourself trouble! : D
-
Oooor I just continue being the lazy omnivore slob I have been and lose weight anyway,. That sounds better to me.
-
It's like some people have never heard of short people before. Or gods beware, short older people. There are also rumours of a mysterious race called 'women', but these people know this is all just conspiracy!
-
They should not be so far apart. Are you entering all the same data? Did you miss some exercise on one?
-
But they've got ingredients lists.
-
... which would be a deficit.
-
Measure your neck then to rule out a faulty scale. It's certainly not muscle gain if you just started and are in a deficit.
-
I'm a big fan of plastic surgery, but only for things I cannot change myself. So no, I would not do that.
-
You say this, but as the low king of manlets 1500 would be like a 300 deficit for me.
-
Being ugly and fat, I figured being just ugly was the better option.
-
Sedentary with 7.5% bodyfat, all without even knowing about your macros and micros?
-
If you want to weigh it, what's probably a good idea if it has chunky bits: Put a container on the scale, tare (set to zero) then add the sauce. Then you have the actual weight of the sauce.
-
No, you will not gain weight on carbohydrates any more than fat or protein. It's all calories.
-
Thankfully I don't have children, but you should look into meal prepping. On one day you cook meals for the entire week, some go in the fridge, some in the freezer, and then that's a lot less trouble everyday except for that one day you cook. Even if you don't do it for all meals a day.
-
Somatotypes aren't real, you're not an anythingmorph. 15% is the lower end of recommended for protein and 35% the upper end of recommended, but sure, that's acceptable.
-
I am sure there is harmful stuff being disposed of where it should not. But this is just another thing irresponsible people will use as an excuse. "See, this is why we are fat, it's those them durn chemicals!" It's certainly not all those calories willingly consumed.

Milk, tea, and water.
