My why? I am a competitive archer with Olympic dreams to make it to the 2020 Olympics, but I'm carrying more weight than I should. I shoot an Olympic recurve. Hoyt GPX riser. Currently using Win&Win 32# limbs with a Shibuya dual click sight. I'll be moving up to 36# limbs shortly with either the Hoyt 720 carbon/wood limbs or Hoyt carbon/foam limbs.

I'm starting late. I'm Shana and I just joined a few days ago my goal is 1000 minutes for the month. 8/8 180 minutes cardio (archery) 8/9 210 minutes cardio (combined archery and pistol shooting) First week total = 390 minutes (that's all I have logged on this app) I'm behind, but should get caught up this week.
