Pretty new here, so here goes! Mother of 2 and on a quest to take better care of myself. Age: 39 Height 4'11" HW 128 pounds LW 102 pounds CW 112 pounds Goal is really to tone up, maybe lose a couple pounds, nothing crazy. I quit smoking a few months ago so I want to make sure to keep the snacking under control.
