Im having the same problem!! ive tried following all your advice and its still showing for 0 for exercise calories despite me having done 5500 steps? when i switch it back to tracking steps on mfp it says ive earned 249. does it take a few days to 'get to know me?!' I only got it today...! thanks xx

Fab ideas thanks x I'm assuming I defrost them before I try and use them again...?! Or can I add them to stuff frozen, like if I was putting one in mashed potato for example..? Would the heat from the potato cook it enough...? X
