Just like the other dude, I use protein powder on some days + I take a cod liver oil capsule every day for general health :)

Cream cheese, Greens (collard + spinach), any kind of vegetables I feel like, eggs + salted butter Sugar free lemonade ;) (non fridge stuff : wholemeal bread, wholewheat noodles, lentils, tinned tuna :) )

I do better with a proper breakfast and dinner, with snacks in between XD

Go for the diet break if that's what you need mentally, I went on one but it ended up lasting a little longer than planned and I actually gained a couple pounds! but that's just me falling out of good habits. good luck! :)

I second the Skyr yoghurt, I bought lots of it back when I noticed it half price at tesco xD then I looked at the macros and was like WHUUT o,O they have strawberry flavour , and a honey flavour (the honey one is a bit weird, but strawberry is alright :3 )
