I blend a few cashews, a couple of tablespoons of full-fat greek yoghurt, a half-cup of HWC and a little Splenda in my magic bullet and it's absolutely delicious! Rich, tangy and crunchy :)

I did T25 last year and am proud to say that I made it all the way through. I didn't follow the diet plan and never bothered with the protein shakes (I am a breakfast kind of gal and I can't stand the BeachBody marketing machine).
