Diary is open sorry guys didn't realize it was set to private. But yeah I eat on my break which is now and I'm eating until my break is done. Can't fit much more food in my mouth.
-
Yeah it was pretty painful but I actually feel like I maximized the time spent walking to work once I finally got here.
-
Awesome, every little bit counts.
-
Thanks for the tip! Question, if I do cardio in the morning, then strength at night finishing with cardio is that the same idea? Is that enough time in between?
-
Yeah sorry I copied and pasted it from my notes I'm not using weights for abs but yes three sets of 20 abdominal exercises as well.
-
Update: I feel like I got ran over by a train. Haha, guess I'll have to see how I feel tomorrow.
-
Awesome, thanks. Not sure how sore I'll be in the morning but I'm pretty sore now. My gym is having a biggest loser competition and I really want to do my best for any reasons (my health, the prize (which in turn would yet her benefit my health). I figure I can go hard for 60 days and tone it down a bit once it's over. I…

I assume the point of the strength exercising is so that your body expends more energy by repairing the muscle tissue. I guess the question should be would it be better to continue to work out the muscles to achieve this or do I absolutely need to give them time to rest.
-
Not mention all I have on me is a broken backpack with my work uniform, and a 20$ card that let's me get into the gym with a value of 0$ to anyone but me since if I lost it the card it wouldn't work once I called the gym and told them it was missing. Oh and my 11$ lunch bag. Guess if I lost the lunch bag I could just pack…

I'm actually udon two of those with weights for added resistance.
-
Never heard of anyone being mugged where I live. It's a small town.
-
I'm making small changes each day to improve my health. Been working my way up to walking to work instead of driving. Been packing lunches for 2 weeks straight now. Stopped drinking energy drinks for nearly a month. I'm not all over the place, I iust think you're missing the big picture.
-
Well come 10:30 I've already usually slept 9-9.5 hours. So I really want to get up by then. Idk maybe trying to get up 15 minutes earlier isslowly might work but I'm trying to do this my October.
-
Yeah I go to a 24 hour gym after work. I am working toward walking to and from work and working out inthe morning. Also to previous poster we are planning to move in Together but I'm still catching up from college loans so financial no no for us right now.
-
But then I have no time to get in a morning workout who is my ultimate goal. I'm sleeping over eight hours a night .

Thank you guys for being able to point out what I meant by the word diet. Really appreciate it lol :)
-
In regards to sue, it's based off of your % lost. So if I start at a lower weight each pound I lose is worth more. Plus I wanted a reason to get back to my 160lbs I was a year ago.
-
Loo lookin for suggestions on what I should eat and if what I'm eating for dinner is good or not (nutrition wise). So what I meant diet was not what you define as dieting but rather what I'm currently eating (aka my diet).
-
Looking for suggestions on things I could eat. I'm not much of a cook. More specifically for lunch.
-
Yeah that's what i meant by diet. But thanks for pointing out the obvious.
-
Thanks but not really helpful at all.
-
I intend to keep an accurate diary from today on since the personal trainer who's running the contest will be looking at it and making suggestions to help you reach your goals.
-
It doesn't, it just means I don't care anymore. No monitor = no need for me to care if it's accurate.
-
Thanks guys. My dad's a health nut he tells me I shouldn't eat after I'm done work at midnight (I sleep at around 3am) because he says my metabolism will slow down. I'm gonna shove this in his face lol.
-
I have an unknown medical condition but it isn't what's causing me to feel tired. I have seen a specialist I'm having surgery sometime this year to find the underlying cause.
-
Doesn't matter, someone stole my monitor from my backpack at work that night. Oh well, 100$ down the drain.
-
It's n its not gps dependent. Let's forget the bike. 2km jog for 275 calories in 20 minutes. That's what it logged
-
Not not sure if the bike tracks cadence, I'll have to check. New bike I didn't buy it though. And to the other posters who're just posting ridiculous things please stop, pretty sure every HRM calculates a burn even of you're on a stationary bike - cause you can select the type of exercise you're doing before you start…
-
Didn't check, it's a new bike doesn't seen to keep powered up if you stop using it. Was my first time on it I'll have to remember to make a mental note. I'm going to the gym after work I can tell you the distance on a bike there vs what the gps tracked
-
Th the monitor / ap combo did the gps not the bike
