I'm not sure to be honest. The plan my trainer is working on with me is more for body toning although we are working on building mass in my arms. I'm eating at a maitenence level for now but he hasn't made a plan on how much I should eat just what kinds of foods I should eat before and after. Only two sessions in I'll ask…

No I'm building muscle now. New routine so it's gonna take some getting used to. It took me a while to get into the swing of things when I was dieting.

Yeah I've been struggling this week. My trainer has exhausted me and I work late nights (my sessions with him are before work.) Needless to say I've fallen out of my routine, trying to figure out a way to make this all work so I have time to pack my lunches.

Thanks guys! I'll take a look after work. Any more tips welcomed :)

I did lift from the beginning

It'd be really awesome to share your knowledge with me, I want some awesome before and after pics again

I can't create my own thread, but I'm slowly working my way up to maitenence. I've cut back from 2lbs a week to 1lbs. My issue is I feel like I'm being counter productive. I binged last night because I was like, what's the point in just gonna gain it all back. Any ideas to get out of this mindset?

I've lost over 50 lbs counting calories using a food scale. They're really inexpensive. That flow chart someone posted earlier is basically the only answer anyone can give you. If everything fails from the chart you should see your doctor you might have a medical condition. Like others said too, a lot causes weight…

Hardest part for me was people attacking me for my success and then trying to have mods help me but shut me out completely then when I tell someone that they have no right to tell others if they can be proud I get hit with a warning. It makes me want to go to comfort foods but I try to pull through it and turn the…

I've already dropped 50lbs for my cruise, hoping to knock off 15 more before January 23.
-
@myweightloss2018 I saw progress pretty fast. I dropped from size 38-34 pants in 4 weeks. I lost 39 lbs in 7. I have pictures posted if you're interested just search my name in the forums.

I don't do cheat days, I plan ahead. I bank calories if I plan on eating out (I have all you can eat sushi once every other week.) I've lost nearly 50lbs now since September.

I wasn't heavy all my life but gained a bit when I suffered from depression. Exercise helped with depression and I lost a lot of weight and then gained a lot when I was in my last year of college. Now that I'm graduated I'm planning on reaching my goal finally.

My girlfriend and I are cruising in January this year! It's gonna be off the hizzy.

@ftsolk I guess in a way I bank calories instinctively. I typically eat less during the week and more on weekends and it balances itself out. I don't use any kind of system to track it, I just know I usually eat about 1000-1500 calories less than I should in the week and make it up when I have one 1000-1200 calorie meal on…

I haven't heard anything yet :( hopefully soon!
-
@daniwilford not sure what the dosage was, but whatever I had in pretty sure I just expelled it and then some from my body.
-
Correct, I'm averaging 6 a week, some weeks I've lost 3/4, a few I lost 8, another week I lost 1.
-
I wish I had a Fitbit but I'm on my feet lifting and moving for 9 hours a day and I'm at the gym 2-3 hours, 3/4 sometimes 5 times a week. I think my loss has to do with that more than what I'm eating (or I guess technically it's both)
-
Do I should expect an abnormal loss that week and possibly a gain / no loss the next?
-
I don't I don't think you need more context. If I eat more will my body freak out. Yes or no. Simple.
-
And a family history of rectal problems.
-
It's my second colonoscopy. I had one when I was 18. I have ulcers in my mouth, persistent rectal bleeding and sharp pain in my abdomen (near my gallbladder - not gallstones.)
-
So my body won't freak out if I add an extra 800 calories?
-
Thanks!

Is there a recipe online somewhere? I'm not much of a cook but I discovered this weekend I can actually cook. So used to buying things pre made that you just have to heat up, attempted to cook and I made chicken parm and some chicken with sriracha and honey sauce which was absolutely delicious.

Congrats! 44lbs myself :)
-
Yeah I misread something somewhere and thought muscle burned 6 calories more per hour (when in reality it's per day.) haha

I have frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, and ice. Very easy to make, the recipe is actually on a lot of bags of frozen fruits. You could buy some and follow those.
