Hello, my total weight loss is 75.4 pounds so far. I was very heavy most of my life and i lost weight but gained most of it back a year ago . I started up again this summer and im not going to stop
this season with GOD'S help, i will defeat apnea, narcolepsy and obesity!

I wasn't heavy all my life but gained a bit when I suffered from depression. Exercise helped with depression and I lost a lot of weight and then gained a lot when I was in my last year of college. Now that I'm graduated I'm planning on reaching my goal finally.

Josh depression sucks. It is an awesome thing that you have found a healthy way to combat what is a huge paralyzing obstacle for so many. Keep your eyes on your targets. Stay motivated. Keep connected and find comfort in that you are not alone on this journey. GOD Bless! 0

Thanks! Today is kind of off to a rough start. I have some kidney pain and im going to th drs before work. Im hopefully going to be smart at work. We are dressing up like indians and pilgrims for the kids and im going to be surrounded by food and pie
