  • I've only been on for 27 days but I'm definitely looking for some motivation! I was tracking on WW before (for about 2 years) but it no longer meets my needs.
  • Hello, I'm also new to the group! I used to weight train 5-6 days a week in my younger years but because I let life get in the way, I stopped. Just waiting for school to start now so that I can get to the gym on a regular basis without having to worry about who is going to watch the kiddos! :)

  • I'm also looking for some accountability friends. B) I don't really have a weight to achieve as I'm looking to tone, tighten, and strengthen. Not sure what that will look like on the scale when I'm done.
  • Wishing the best for you! I've turned to Pinterest for words of inspiration and have printed out MANY of the images. I have them plastered throughout my house, mainly in the kitchen ;) for when I need it. Instead of looking at it as each day, look at it as each meal. So what, you didn't do as well this meal, BUT next meal…
