My goal is to lose 80..so far I’m down 40. I’m looking for others for support. I’m 50 and have struggled with my weight for a while.. I’ve been over 200lbs for over 25 years and I am looking to change that.

I can relate… I’ve been over 200 for over 25 years.. I just turned 50 and it’s time for me to change that. Great job with quitting smoking..and good luck on your Sept goal, you can do it!

The gym isn’t always my fav too but I just got a membership to Planet Fitness so that’s helping. I’ve got 35 pounds left to get to my second milestone.. 11 left to go for my first. Good luck with your journey!!

I agree… I wish it was easier to see messages. I started at 240 on 4/28 as of today I’m at 208. Goal is 175. If anyone would like to add me I’d love it. Support is so beneficial

You can do it...just take a day at a time. I also want to lose 100. Started feb 25 and I’m down18 so far. It’s a lot easier to put it on than take it off.

Hi Cindy... I have a very unhealthy relationship with food that I’m trying to overcome. I’m 47 and want to try to change that. It’s difficult!! My goal is to lose 2lbs a week and eat small throughout the day. Past habit was to eat nothing until 2 when I was starving and then late night. Def not good choices. Anyway good…

Hi everyone! I’m working towards losing 100 pounds. I’m finally starting to enjoy going to my local rec center to walk/treadmill. I’m going 5xs per week. So that’s a win for me. Anyone that would like to add me please do! We can help support each other.

I’ve got 100 pounds to lose. CW is 265, GW is 175. I’m walking 2.5 miles 5 days a week. I feel better just not eating all the junk, drinking water and moving. Good luck with your journey!!!

Good morning.. came across this thread. Looking to lose 100 lbs. HW 285 SW 271 CW 266 Started my weight loss journey Feb 28. And wow it’s embarrassing putting those numbers there, but maybe that will give me some more motivation.

I understand what you’re saying! As someone who has a lot of weight to lose, it’s tough. Keep at it though! Im only a week in, but this week I went 6 out of 7 days. Like everyone else, I think most people are there to do their own thing. And if you encounter a jerk,ignore... it says a lot about their character! Good luck..…
