My goal is to do 4 miles a day 5 days a week.

@KeKeSmith92 Here ya go keish! Is only the fifth of the month. How many miles you gonna do ?! And how often?? I'm thinking 4 miles Monday to Friday. And then 6 miles on the weekend. This will be a fun challenge.

1 mile Monday to Friday and 4 miles on Saturday and Sunday. I will also make sure to add boosters to the work out like 3lb or 5lb grips or dumbbells
