i went into the army back in the 60's at a weight of 190. When i got out two years later I was 165. C rations back then had over 2000cal. each. plenty of c-rats never hungry just exausted and sometimes too tired to eat. I never want to go on a real military diet again . Stick with healthy foods and keep track of your cico.

La Croix is just carbonated water with natural flavors added. It helped me get off the beer and salty snacks. the only downside is the price.

1scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of frozen fruit, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 tbsp of ground flax seed, 1/2 cup water.
-
large apple and a can of la croix does the trick

1cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1tsp olive oil, 1/2 cup peas, simmer 20 min. covered, rest 5 min..

just had a gnc lean shake burn shake with 1/2 avacado and water. I like to use this as a meal replacement. It is loaded with the protein and fats and fiber I need and it keeps me full for a long time. I also drink plenty of water after. I use this a couple times a week. I now won't eat untill my late afternoon barbecue.
