Just my 2 cents, make sure your in a surplus and watching your macros. There will be a lot of differing opinions on optimum macros but I feel they are somewhat dependent on the person. Trial and error and find what works for you. For example I am roughly 3300 cals 300 carb, 300 pro, 80 fat. I adjust as my body tells me I…

Based on Livestrong if it is accurate, I feel it is high and I kayak. I guess if you were all out and not stopping it would be closer. https://www.livestrong.com/article/306460-calories-burned-per-hour-of-kayaking/ Calories Per Hour According to the American Council on Exercise, a 125-lb. person burns 283 calories per hour…

Costco if you have one near by. 4LBS ground turkey 19 bucks, eye round steak 7lbs 30 bucks. Big box of boneless skinless chicken breasts 20 bucks. These are all I buy and find them great prices, so I don't know what the other cuts are but assume they would be great as well

Same here, 2 weeks no gym no restrictions and weighed morning after getting home. 6lb gain, no big deal right back at it and feel great again. Will be interesting to see my next weigh in, although I am bulking so not sure if I want to see the number up or down after this lol.... It will all work out in the end. OP relax…

Funny this came up yesterday, I have been having the heel pain all week. I have not been to doc this time around. I do have Plantar Fascitis so I know the pain. Me being a dumb *kitten* just keep working through it and do my best to work around it hoping it slowly gets better. Post what you find out

Agree with most above get you levels checked first and see where you are at. If you low your doc may prescribe you meds to help with you T levels. It could be HCG and/or test shots, gel, or pellets. Most over the counter is bunk, I do like D'Aspartic Acid though as well as Trib if I was doing it OTC

For stuff done at home I used to eat frozen grapes and make kale chips in the oven

I lost 130lbs for the most part without going to a gym, simply by walking and hiking and eating properly. I also bought some cheap gym equipment for at home.

Set realistic goals, ones that you can meet shorter term. For example if you have to lose 100+ lbs consider that your overall goal but it will take a fair bit of time to reach that goal (took me 2yrs to lose 130lbs). Set weekly or monthly goals like, I will be 4lbs down in 4 weeks, I will walk 60 miles in the next month.…

I wear many hats so to speak. Electrician by trade, have my class 1 drivers license, project manager, maintenance manager, maintenance planner, maintenance scheduler. All depends where and what the work is.

Costco is great for your needs. 4lbs ground turkey $20.00 Large eye of round roast can be cut up $20.00 Fish is cheap I eat a lot these days and do most of my shopping at Costco as if I bought the amount of food I eat from a normal grocery store I would not be able to afford it. Ideas for meals with Costco shopping Chili…

Quit spending all that money. I have lost 130lbs in about 2 years. The only money I spent was on proper food, shoes, and a gym membership. Start small adjust your eating habits, weigh everything and log everything. This is the only way to be sure you are eating the right amount to lose weight. Start walking and add more…

You lost that's great. It wont be linear and constant, there will be times of no loss and no gain as well as a gain. Don't sweat it keep doing what you are doing. If after a few weeks or a month it has stalled or steadily gone up. Change things up, reflect honestly on you eating and exercise. It will come patience and…

Well now I am trying to put on some weight and I don't eat a varied planned. Keep it simple is what I do. I have no pictures but can tell ya what it was. 16 lbs ground turkey 1 kg quinoa 6lbs of shredded cabbage 900g greek yogurt 4 liters milk peanut butter

^ This a great option to start out with in my opinion is SL5X5

Patience and Persistence is key. Weight loss is not linear, it will come

I think your too hard on yourself, I think you look great. Work on core, keep working out, and keep your nutrition in check. If its an issue it will come.

Agreed with the walks. I started with walks around the neighborhood, then around town, then from my town to the next town.... Kinda sounds like Forest Gump lol... Any ways into hikes, always trying to challenge myself more. Then if weather was bad I did my cardio in the gym, or added the gym on top of the walks and hikes.…

To be a smart *kitten*, throw in the trash. There are much better fish choices out there. To your question season and bake, bbq, fry

I have lost 130 lbs and boy oh boy what a difference. Energy levels up, hardly get a flu or cold anymore. No more asthma medication, no more antihistamines. Feel great, I need to have something to do all the time don't want to sit still where before 6-8 hrs on the couch watching tv was fine lol...
