Well I should say that I have fat to lose because pants size currently is between a size 10 and size 12. I carry most of my weight in my midsection. Yesterday I went for a 1.5 mile run before work and then took a 4 mile walk when I got home. Starting to feel it today but I'm going to try to do the same thing today besides not working. I liked how I split it up and didn't feel completely exhausted after. And running in the morning helps me feel more awake during the day…

Something I am struggling currently is working 10-12 hour days on a job where I am on my feet all day so by the time I get home I don't want to do anything, although on the weekends I kick my butt in gear and excersize for a longer duration.

You can either figure out your calorie burn through pulse or estimate. Also when I do strength excersizes I just go to cardio and go to calisthenics. Not as accurate but it let's me put in a time so that I can put down an estimated calorie burn. I've never estimated calorie burn via pulse so you may have to Google it if…
