I have a milk allergy group on Facebook. It is called Milk Allergy Families Support Group. In the files section, there are websites to find recipes and links to some that are dairy and gluten free. I also admin a milk and egg allergy group. It is called Allergies (eggs/milk) Parent Support Group.
