I try not to weigh in too much because I start feeling discouraged when I gain a few pounds. So I prefer to measure inches and weigh in evey second week.

Cardio like running, walking and swimming while doing strength training will definitely help give you toned legs. Maybe try pilates. Hope that helps :)

Hi! Today is my second attempt of losing weight. I was using lifesum, but didn't get the motivation I needed. Hopefully this is better :)
