That's so amazing! When you have drops like that, I suggest you reflect on the last week of what you ate, did physically, and how you felt mentally.... There's definitely a pattern there, I would try and replicate those.

So I have been mia for a while but here’s my update: SW Jan 7th - 205lbs CW Jan 31st - 195.92lbs Next milestone - 185lbs GW - 170 lbs I guess the first few pounds are easy!

I think no food/drink rewards are something that usually excite me but also take my mind off the little pockets of sadness - im an emotional eater (aren't we all?) So I basically have a folder on my Chrome browser where I add items that I would buy for myself as reward once I got a certain milestone. That way I'm excited…
