I think it should be "unconsciously thin" rather than "naturally thin", i.e. no conscious effort is made to stay thin, they unconsciously maintain a CI = CO balance.

Technically, muscle is DENSER than fat. So in the same way that a kilo of bricks occupies less physical space than a kilo of feathers -- despite both weighing a kilo -- a kilo of muscle occupies less physical space than a kilo of fat, which explains how one can lose inches whilst remaining the same weight.

I used to smoke ALL the time, and as soon as I quit I got MAJOR cravings. Eventually the cravings passed, I changed my relationship with cigarettes, and now I feel 20 years younger. If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with a bit of rain, to quote Dolly :smile:

Your nutrition coach has obviously given you solid advice. Out of interest, after 4.5 months, what advice do you think they would continue to offer that you don't already know? You've done really well so far, by the way! Don't let these hurdles stop you.

Who said deadline? The OP said "goal" which sounds more like "if I shoot for the stars and hit the moon, I'll still be happy". Goals can keep you motivated and focused. Good luck mollybird523 :-)
