Hi @jessiecollinsxo I Started at 14st 4lbs in May this year and I'm now 11st 13lb and feel great. If you are really wanting to shift it eating clean and healthy is key and try to get some exercise in. You can do it! Stay focussed and feel free to shout if you need some support  Keep going!

Congrats to you too! Just wait until you feel comfortable in that smaller size! Such a good feeling and I bet you're not that far away!

I'm on 160g protein a day but on a weight loss mission. I spoke with a nutritionist and he has put me at 75g fat, 100g carbs and 160g protein. As long as it's combined with loads of veg for fibre there shouldn't be any problems digestive wise. It's working for me as I have lost 27lbs in just over 3 months! But I did start…

Hi PoppyJune I'm also getting married in 2016, wedding date is June 18th! Also looking to lose a few kgs - 24 to be exact! I've got quite a journey ahead of me. I've enlisted a personal trainer so working out min 5 days a week and trying to keep my nutrition on point but I feel that's the hardest part - I'm a sucker for…
