I crave peanut butter. I had to stop buying it because if left alone with a jar and a spoon... well you get the idea. I thought I would crave breads and other carbs, but honestly it doesn't do anything for me anymore! Yay to that!

I think you should do what YOU feel is right for you. You have done a great job, I hope I do as well. I think the personally. You need to make that decision for yourself. You will do the right thing!

So technical. I had added some fruits to my diet on my stage 2, and found it stalled my weight loss. PLUS, I realized that type of sugar was a trigger to my hunger. So...VERY limited intake of apples now. Boo hoo!

I love the smell of fresh baked bread...my gut doesn't. I have to say though, I have gotten over "missing" it. Thank heavens! Sweet stuff...yuck. Yikes do I feel lazy....:( Exercise is the one thing I am having a tough time getting on my agenda. I am hoping after getting about 30-40 lbs off, I will be able to do some good workouts. I have severe arthritis in my knees *(already had one replaced), and starting in my hips. I miss the days of "energy".
