That sounds good! Hopefully it doesn't have to be food based, I have eaten no flour or processed sugars in 4 weeks, and absolutely can't stand fake sugar. I think I am going to Simply do SOME kind of exercise daily...no drama, just move.

I don't like tight clothes, but I do try to wear clothes that are somewhat fitted. If I wear baggy I get too comfortable, and stray from my food plan. Looking in the mirror helps too.. ugh!

I try to mix it up, but on weekdays, usually do something easy. I do a scrambled egg in a mug with whatever veggies I have on hand.
