I eat whatever I want on the weekends. I try not to go crazy, and do make an effort to eat healthier and modest portions on the weekends. But, nothing is off limits. M-F, I am very strict about what I eat. Working for me great, so far.

No difference for me. Just have to watch the sodium, as a few have already mentioned.

360 - 420 minutes. Focusing on just cardio, for now.
