Hi all, I am 5'8", 160 lbs Diet- around 1200 calories, maintain carbs around 40g/day Exercise- BBG (week 1), yoga in the morning, additional weight lifting which varies with my mood. Have to lose like 20 lbs in max 2 months. Feel free to add me! :)

Initially I used to but now I think I can figure out the macros with the quantity without having to weigh everything. But you are right. Maybe coz of BBG I developed some muscles and it is retaining more water. Thanks for the help ! :)

Done with first week. Gained 2 lbs somehow. I hope its just muscles! gonna take measurements now

Hi peeps! I am 5'8", 160 lbs, have to lose 20 lbs in like 2-3 months! After studying how my body responds to different food types I have gone low carb (40 g), 1100-1200 calories, doing BBG which includes strength training, HIIT and cardio.

Hi all! I am on Atkins, need to lose like 20 lbs. Had started with phase 2 directly, lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks, but gained 1 back coz of one cheat meal!! I am trying to cut back on nuts and berries and go back a phase.
