I LOVE the 21 Day Fix! I feel it's a much more accurate depiction of what I should be eating rather than counting calories. Plus, it teaches me how to "eyeball" my portions when I'm not home. MFP is great for accountability and support. :smiley:

Hey, don't beat yourself up! We all have bad days! I have certainly binged on my triggers like chocolate, kettle corn, and cookies! Just commit to doing better tomorrow and take it one day at a time. The better you consistently eat, the less you'll want to cheat. :)

I agree. Don't beat yourself up. I try to eat every 2-3 hours, so my sugar levels stay even. Snacks like Greek yogurt and fresh fruit or a couple of hard boiled eggs help to satiate my hunger in between main meals.
