He is in football right now. He has 45 minutes of weightlifting 3 days per week and conditioning and practice for 1.5-2 hours 6 days a week. I have an Android phone so an apple watch won't work for me. I mostly need a heart rate monitor and step tracking. My workouts are usually walking, jogging, hiking, elliptical, yoga and pilates. I would prefer to stay under $300.
