Good advice all. Off today so I fixed some extra dinners so id have something ready for me. I do try to catch a short walk with a neighbor when we can. I make jewelry so I destress in my beads when possible. And I treat myself to a bimonthly massage. Snacks I just have to tolerate as my husband has a hard time eating and…
