I don't think there is an option to do this but it would be super handy to have! I'm just printing them off at the moment and saving them in a folder.

I'm here just over 2 months and check in daily. The friends really help...at least for me anyway :)

We all have our struggles but this site seems to really help. Hopefully you can start to feel better about yourself with a community there to support you.

I found a pumpkin that looks like this! Its so adorable I almost don't want to eat it. I am so excited though that I'll finally get to try real pumpkin! Its going to be a treat! This may sound silly but do you eat the skin?

The cost difference is quite huge but I also believe that it is important to eat as "clean" as I can when I can. I live in a city where I breathe in plenty of chemicals without having to eat them too. That's mad about what is considered "processed". I do know a chef who wont even wash his organic produce. He literally just…

Keep them coming. I've already tried a beef and lentil casserole and I put lentils in my chilli, looking forward to trying the sausage and lentil stew! :)

When Ran 04-Oct 5 06-Oct 0.9 07-Oct 4.8 12-Oct 5 13-Oct 2.4 17-Oct 8.5 20-Oct 2.8 21-Oct 3 23-Oct 4.7 25-Oct 4.2 Yay, I should be ok for getting to 50k by the end of the month. I never really committed to a distance plan before. Next month I think I'll up it a little! :)

I joined 2 months ago. I'm the same, still have bold habits but I am slowly making positive changes.

I'm a daily logger, diary is open. Only time I don't log is if I have zero internet access...which is almost never!

Oh yay, a decent thread on slow cooker stuff! I bought one but haven't really used it much yet.

Haha I'm 5"3.75 as well :)

I usually just walk or lightly jog to warm up for about 5 minutes. I'm the same, takes a while to get into the zone. Stretching before a run doesn't seem to do anything for me, afterwards yes. My last run (yesterday) I tried to do as many jumping jacks as I could in a minute as a warm up. My heart rate was up, I was warm…

YUM! I'm so excited about this. I am making it my mission to get a pumpkin before the end of this week. As for the seeds I love pumpkin seeds, raw, soaked, roasted with spices, in porridge, on their own, in salads. The seeds I can find no problem.

So I went to the shops....3 different supermarkets! The only pumpkins that any of them had were the ones for carving. I'm now on a mission to find decent edible pumpkin and try out some of these recipes (in Ireland).

I'm on here daily and train about 5-6 times a week. Welcome to MFP :)

I eat a very varied diet and generally am not lacking. A doctor suggested the magnesium for the restless legs but I only take that when I really feel that I have to. It's fellow gym goers, friends who are also into fitness that are saying I should be taking supplements. In general I'm not into supplements (except when I'm…

I wasn't sure I'd be able to do 50k this month but the kms are slowly building up. 26.2k so its possible! :) I like the idea of working towards a set goal.
-
I'm still fairly new to MFP so still very much motivated and on here daily.

When I get really sensitive about someone eating something on my plate! I have to recalculate now dammit!!! When I mentally am assessing the calories in someone elses meal. I'm usually able to tell my bf how many calories I saw him consume (if he asks....I had to be told to stop giving him this information)
-
If my calories allow it I'd probably have a beer about 4 times a week.

I made my first batch this morning. I mixed 1 serving of Sun Warrior protein powder with a very ripe banana, 2 eggs and a drop of almond milk. Made 4 pancakes and I had them with a little agave and greek yoghurt. They were way nicer than I expected and took less than 10 minutes to prep and cook.

@sharon009 thanks for the website recommendation!

Ah I just figured out how to add friends. Thanks @FoxTrot2k15

I never noticed it until I joined MFP. I can fluctuate by 5lbs. Its so sad but look it happens and then 2 weeks after I lose that weight plus a couple of extra pounds. I am starting to realise I get one significant week a month with a decent loss, the others go up and down depending on how close to TOM I am. I do not have…

I think I'd be one of those. I run 5k in just under 29 minutes. I run 2-3 times a week. I don't call myself a runner at the moment because I used to be a runner and for me there is a difference. I used to be able to just head off for a 2 hour run and I'd feel amazing for it. I'm struggling to build up my running fitness.…

I made a big batch of beans and eggs on Friday, I've been having it daily and there is 1 more portion left. It keeps me full for ages, high in fibre and in protein.
-
I've only 16k done. Better get my *kitten* moving! Hoping to achieve 50 by the end of the month.
