Where is she going that she has so much access to junk food? She's too young to drive so how's she getting around? I'd buy her a bike to get to her friends houses and around town.

If you type breastfeeding into your food diary a ton of options will come up. It'll add 'negative calories'. I think -500cal/day is the standard for an EBF infant. As in, you burn 500cal/day just producing milk. Make sure to drink lots of water!!!

Oh, and eat fattier meat cuts, full fat cheeses, and whole eggs vs egg whites.

Most of us eat more than 1000 calories so it's easy to have eggs, meat, cheese and not have too much protein % wise.

What I would do is limit myself to only one plate, and look over everything before you serve yourself. Choose a couple of things you know you like, get a reasonable portion, and enjoy. You know how you grab some of everything, and some of it isn't good? Don't waste calories on the so-so foods.
