This is where the majority of my weight gain originated. Too many late nights and thousands of unnecessary calories. It's been one I've had to give up. Maybe one day I'll try going back, but it's just too soon.

Soooo hungry, but I already ate over my calorie deficit. If I went in the kitchen I'd prob eat everything in sight! I think I'm just extra hormonal lately, but still.. Might need to up my daily calorie intake a bit.

Nice! I have pastries in my cupboards that have been there for a while. I used to buy them and eat them all in one sitting, but since I have been disciplining myself, they're really not that tempting. Maybe just one instead of 27 servings. Lol. Good method though, and good luck! :)

Usually I weigh myself once a week so I don't get discouraged. That way I'm sure to see results, most weeks anyway.

I'm so in!! 10lbs would be great, but 15 is my ultimate weight loss goal, and would be even better. I realized slow and steady is the way to go. When we get impatient we make mistakes sometimes. Good luck on your 10lbs too!

Just keep reassuring her that's she's beautiful the way she is and it's an amazing thing to stand out. Also, the boys will pass her eventually, just takes a little. My mom always reassured me and that always helped. I felt I embraced my height, 5'9, at a young age and learned to love it early on because of it.

Just a thought... Could it also be when you lost the extra lbs, you gained a bit more confidence in yourself, your stride was a little different, and people may have taken a notice to that? 5`9 - currently set on losing weight. It's set for 1700 calories a day. Anything less and I'm starving all day. If I eat just about 1700 or even 1800 I feel satisfied and not like I've overeaten.
