Day 15: 2nd work-out of the day-- back and biceps and elliptical. I am combining two work- out programs--31 days to a better body in the morning with some cardio and 12 weeks to a leaner body at night. That way I will incorporate all my weight lifting. Day 15: Hard to get out of bed early, but did and went to gym and did elliptical for 33 min: 802 calories burned.. 2.02 miles

You burn more when lifting and muscle mass. This helps your metabolism at rest. Good luck ;)

Day 13: I got free 10 min chair massage at Fitworks before my 25 min elliptical workout and now sitting in sauna. I also have PCOS, I took my self off my meds in 2013 because I was on too many meds for more than one issue. Loss my hair. Had bald spots.. So chopped all my hair off. I am in Eastern time zone.. I work- out at 5am- 6:30 am and then again at night sometimes.

You doning GREAT!!! Walking and moving in anyway is better than sitting on the couch. I was to exhausted after taking my daughter to the mall to go to gym.. So I counted me walking around shopping for a hour or more exercise. I also had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to apartment everyday. So you are doing AWESOME!!!

I was using under armour app for the workout and sync them and logged nutrition in MVP, but it doubled the workout have no idea why.
