Hello, I am glad there are so many people still joining and thank you peeps for welcoming all the newcomers. I have not been logging my exercises yet I have been standing and walking a lot at my new job. So I am moving. Need to get back to the gym. Keep moving everyone and remember moving everyday is the key to success <3

Officially starting to track all my movements besides walking at work since my body is use to that movement. So, lets say today is Day 2: elliptical 18min and bike 10 min.

I am so glad that everyone is moving. I keep starting and stopping when it comes to working- out. I need to start challenge again and go to the gym everyday or run up and down the steps :)
