Day 25- 30 minutes yoga and 40 minutes Leslie Sansone. I was going to do 90 minutes of P90X yoga but my ankle was starting to really hurt, so I quit after 30 minutes and switched to Leslie.0

Just found this....started back daily logging and exercising 6 days ago... Trying to get 30lbs off.
Day 6 - 30 min on the elliptical.
This has been my go to and what I started with as it is still very cold here in the mountains of North Carolina, indoors is all I got right now.. but can't wait till spring to start hiking outdoors. Hopefully doing the elliptical daily will but in better shape for bigger hikes come spring!0 -
